Extancy League
Extancy League is a football platform where players, teams, referees, scouts and sponsors take part in the same ecosystem. Match activity is recorded and verified, and that record becomes the basis for league standings, promotion, scouting discovery and commercial partnership.
This public area explains what Extancy League is, who it is for and how the ecosystem works, and it can be read in full without creating an account. The application itself — dashboards, matches, wallet and team management — requires an account and remains private to its participants.
The platform
Extancy League combines a competitive football structure with the operational tools needed to run it: role-based accounts, team management, match requests and quick matches, referee assignments, result verification, regional league tables, tournaments, scouting profiles and sponsorship placements.
The central idea is that everything visible about a player or a team is earned on the pitch. Statistics, standings and qualification progress are calculated from verified matches. Membership plans change operational limits and workflow convenience; they never change standings, ranking or promotion.
The problem
Football talent is distributed far more widely than football opportunity. At community level, a large amount of genuine activity happens every week that never becomes a verifiable record: results are not consistently documented, statistics are recollected rather than recorded, and a player's progress depends heavily on who happens to be watching.
That gap affects everybody involved. Players cannot demonstrate consistency, teams cannot prove their competitive level, referees have no shared record of the matches they officiated, and scouts and sponsors have no reliable way to identify where real activity is happening.
Extancy League approaches the problem by making verified participation the primary record: structured league levels, documented matches, official confirmation and honest statistics that all ecosystem participants can see.
Participants
Journey
Create an account and choose a role
Players, team managers, referees, assistant referees, scouts, analysts and fans each get the workspace that matches their role.
Complete Starter League onboarding
New participants complete the Starter League journey before competitive participation. Starter League is onboarding only, and teams are not competitively ranked there.
Join or create a team
Team managers create teams with their community, local government and playing ground. Players join squads, and supporters can follow the teams they care about.
Play documented matches
Teams arrange matches through match requests and quick matches. Referees and assistant referees are invited per match and confirm the official record.
Build verified league records
Verified matches produce regional standings, qualification progress and promotion by merit rather than by opinion.
Be discovered and be supported
Verified activity supports scouting discovery and gives teams, tournaments and leagues something sponsors can genuinely partner with.
The full journey, including what happens at each step, is described on how Extancy League works.

Level 5
Live League qualification is merit-based and modelled on verified football: 30 verified matches against 10 unique opponents, with a maximum of 3 qualifying matches counted per opponent, and 22 Live League slots per region. Read the details on the league structure page.
Opportunity
Membership plans set operational limits such as daily match requests, scouting searches and media capacity. They are described on the membership and pricing page.
Trust
League standings, promotion progress and scouting visibility only mean something if the underlying activity is honest. Extancy League therefore applies a community integrity policy covering fair play, account integrity, reward integrity and community conduct, and reviews activity that appears to manipulate results, rankings or records.
Participation rules for using the platform, including prohibited conduct and the status of in-app balances and rewards, are set out in the terms of service. How account and platform data is handled is described in the privacy policy.
Players can start by completing Starter League onboarding and joining a team. Team managers can create a team and begin arranging matches. Referees can bring their officiating into verified matches. Scouts and sponsors can explore the ecosystem before committing to anything.
Nothing on Extancy League guarantees a professional contract, scouting outcome or commercial result. What the platform provides is a documented record of genuine football activity.
Public pages are open to everyone. The Extancy League application — dashboard, matches, wallet, team and scouting workspaces — requires an account and is only accessible to its participants.
